ETS2 PHILIPPINE MAP NCR is a BASE and the open city at this moment, particularly in the CAMANAVA area which is CAloocan, MAlabon,NAvotas,VAlenzuela.

In the future update will be expand and a lot of city open and also landmarks around the NCR.
